A soft white speciality cheese with a mild, slightly aromatic taste and soft, almost spreadable texture. Castello Camembert is a bit sharper and stronger in taste compared to Brie.
*Like Brie, the production for Castello Camembert started in the 1920s. The strong Danish tradition of producing mould cheese has resulted in a constantly perfection, ensuring a premium product.
*Keep refrigerated at 2-5'C. produced in Denmark
